Can you play vinyl records or cassettes or CD's?
Most of the sound systems are equipped only with CD players. Special arrangements may be made in advance if needed.
Do I control the volume? What if it's too loud?
You are in control of the volume. It all depends on what you have asked for. As professionals, we will make certain suggestions to help guide you. If you want soft, relaxing music for the cocktail and dinner hours, then that's what you will have. If you wish to have everyone up dancing during dinner, then yes, the music will be a little louder. If you ever want it turned up or turned down, just come right up to the DJ and ask!
Will you play dinner music?
Yes, dinner music is included.
Do you have Karaoke?
Yes. Karaoke is available. There is typically an additional fee for the extra equipment and setup time required for a karaoke show. This should be arranged when you book your special event.
Do you have (insert audio or video item) available?
Yes. Please consult with MusicMASTER for arrangements regarding equipment not normally included as part of the basic equipment package. MusicMASTER will facilitate any special equipment needs.
What if you don't have a song we want?
It is unlikely that we wouldn't have a request of yours in our extensive library. If you ask us for it, there's a very good chance someone else has asked for it before. Most importantly, if we don't have it, we'll get it!
